Editorial Policy

How Flooded Casebook separates verified facts, sourced notes and first-hand playtesting.

Verification labels

Source-checked means a factual claim has been compared with named external sources. It does not claim that our editors personally completed the route.

Playtested is used only after the instructions were followed in the current game version and the test platform was recorded.

Answer-first structure

Code and troubleshooting pages put the requested answer before background context. Major narrative outcomes stay sealed unless the reader chooses to reveal them.

Originality

We use outside sources to verify facts, not to reproduce their prose or screenshots. Our wording, page structure, checklists and interface are created independently.

Updates

Every case file displays a verification date. Material corrections are reflected in the page and correction log.
